Digital Products Only

This policy applies to all downloadable and virtual products offered by Identity Career, including scroll tools, templates, guides, and digital coaching materials.

All Sales Are Final

Due to the nature of digital products, all purchases are non-refundable once the product has been accessed, downloaded, or delivered. We do not offer returns or exchanges for change of mind, accidental purchases, or lack of usage.

Exceptions for Technical Issues

If you experience a technical issue that prevents access to your product, please contact us within 7 days of purchase. We will do our best to resolve the issue or offer a refund if the product is proven to be defective or inaccessible.

  • Your order ID
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Any relevant screenshots or error messages

We aim to respond within 48 hours.
